Let’s Get the Information about accessibility and Accessible Travel Out There!
It takes a village…and in this case the more is the merrier. So let’s join forces and share information about accessibility and accessible travel. It doesn’t matter how unimportant a place, a restaurant or a popular sight may seem. Let’s just get the information about its accessibility out there.
Join forces with WheelsUp in building an information hub to make life easier for those with reduced mobility.
Remember: Accessibility not only affects wheelchair users. It affects anyone with reduced mobility, including the elderly, moms with prams and so many others.
How Can we Work Together?
- Write a Review – Write about any destination, sight or anywhere you travelled to and share your accessible travel experience. It can be positive or negative, as long as the information is available to others. WheelsUp will publish every accessibility review on our Reviews page and we will categorise them geographically.
- Write an article or blog post – Submit an article as a guest author about topics related to accessible travel, life in a wheelchair or as a disabled person, or any other topic related to this site. Each disability and every person is different and having several perspectives about a topic makes it more relatable, more reliable and more informative.
What Can I Do for You?
- WheelsUp’s design team can assess your brand, product, accommodation, service, sight or venue – Accessibility is second nature to our team. Our team consists of an occupational therapist and seasoned wheelchair user, combined with an interior designer. Their collection of skills is ideally suited to assess and provide feedback and solutions to push your company to the next level. Become more inclusive than your competitors and more inviting to your customers by improving your accessibility.
- Do you need a passionate blogger/writer? – Wheelsup writes keenly about disability, accessibility, accessible travel, inspiration and motivation as well as life as a wheelchair-bound wife, mom and OT.
